Use Focus on Selection from the Inspector quickbar, or press F, to bring the current selection into view. On desktop, the User Camera moves to the selection. On touch and XR devices, the selected item moves in front of the user instead.

If nothing is selected, Focus on Selection centers the view on the loaded Space.
