Demonstration of the different settings available for space grid lines and axis labels.

Grid lines and axis labels can be displayed for spaces, providing scale context for data, models, and entire 3D projects.

Open Settings > Display > Interaction and Helpers > Axis Labeling to configure their global appearance. You can:

• activate tick marks;
• activate grid lines;
• set grid line opacity; and
• set the opacity of grid lines behind objects.

For the selected Space, expand Extent And Box in the Space Inspector to configure:

• the number of ticks along the X, Y, and Z axes;
• formatting;
• font size;
• whether grid lines are displayed; and
• whether ticks are displayed.
