Each new user account is equipped with a Free License by default. This allows you to get to know LiquidEarth and its core features using sample projects. It also lets you join private spaces of other users and take on Guest or Commentator roles. However, to create projects with your own data, you’ll need a commercial license. If you wish to continue with the Free License, proceed to Get the LiquidEarth App or Start the App & Sign In next.

Receiving an Assigned License

Commercial LiquidEarth One licenses are by default unnamed and flexibly re-assignable. This means that once you have a user account, you can also be assigned a license by someone else who has acquired one. If a license is assigned to you, it will appear under the ‘Assigned Licenses’ section in your user dashboard on the web portal. You will have the option to return the license to its holder if needed.

Note: Currently, all commercial licenses are named “Basic License” in the web portal license system. This is temporary and will be updated in future releases.
