How to Delete a Space Permanently

In case you need to permanently erase a Space along with all its related data from the cloud or a remote server, you can accomplish this by following the steps below:

  1. Open the Remote Explorer [Deprecated in 2025.1].

  2. From the displayed list, identify and select the space you intend to delete.

  3. Select the Delete button positioned in the lower-right corner of the explorer.

  4. A pop-up notification will prompt you to confirm the deletion. Remember, this action is irreversible.

<aside> ℹ️ Note: You can only permanently delete a space if you are the owner. If you are not the owner, the Delete button will only remove the space from your remote explorer list, effectively revoking your access to it.
