LiquidEarth supports the following raster import workflows:

• Import .PNG for .png files
• Import GeoTIFF for .tif and .tiff files in Preview Mode

Open the Data Import Wizard for the target space and select Rasters. Choose PNG Raster or, when Preview Mode is enabled, GeoTIFF Raster.
