Mesh Transparency makes a Surface Mesh partially or fully transparent in the 3D Workspace. This can highlight other elements, reveal underlying structures, reduce visual clutter where data overlaps, or help inspect hidden layers.

Enable Mesh Transparency in the Mesh Inspector, expand the section, and adjust the value with the slider or numeric field. Use Reset to restore the transparency value.

Note: Rasters cannot be projected onto transparent meshes. You can use this behavior to make Raster: Project Onto Content selective by applying Mesh Transparency to meshes that the raster should skip.
