The Note Block is an Annotation feature and type of Block in LiquidEarth, designed to enable users to incorporate text within the app. This tool aids users in providing descriptive or explanatory notes alongside data or other blocks, fostering a comprehensive narrative within a Space.
To add such a note, select the content you want to append it to and navigate to the Block section in the inspector. Here, you can simply select the Note Block. To change the name of the block and start writing text, select the Edit button. Select it again when you are done.
As of now, the Note Block supports plain text input, but future enhancements plan to include markdown syntax support, bolstering its usability and offering users the ability to format their notes effectively. The Note Block, with its intuitive interface, aims to strengthen communication and information flow within the app and to ensure that crucial details are readily available.
