Each Space has a 3D extent which is visually represented by the Bounding Box in the 3D workspace.
When a space is first created, the default extent is a cube with a length of 1 in X-, Y-, and Z-coordinates. The minimum is (0,0,0) and the maximum is (1,1,1).
Once 3D data is loaded into a space, the extent is automatically recalculated to fit the maximum extent of the data. You can adjust the extent manually or prompt recalculation via the respective panel in the Inspector (see Automatically Recalculating Extent).
