The Link Manager lets you view and manage existing Public Sharing Links. The window lists all links for the selected Space. This information is only available to the space’s Admins.

Each listed item has

• a thumbnail depending on the exact target of the link in the space,
• a header showing the actual link ,
• a subtitle showing color-coded information about original creation and expiration, and
• buttons to
  • copy the link to clipboard,
  • activate the link directly in the app (for example to quickly verify that link activation leads to the content that you expect), and
  • revoke the link.

To open the Link Manager window,

• select a Space,
• expand the Access & Sharing panel in the Inspector,
• click Share, and finally
• click Manage Existing Links.
