Overview

The Link Manager window lists every active Public Sharing Link associated with the current Space and is accessible to space Owners and Admins.

Each entry provides key information and management options at a glance:

• Thumbnail – A small preview representing the specific target of the shared link.
• Header – Displays the actual URL of the public sharing link.
• Subtitle – Shows color-coded metadata, such as creation date and expiration status.
• Action Buttons – Allow you to:
  • 📋 Copy the link to your clipboard.
  • 🔗 Open the link directly within the app (useful to quickly verify that it loads the expected content).
  • ❌ Revoke the link to immediately disable access.

The Link Manager window lists all existing sharing links for the selected space.

How to Open the Link Manager

To open the Link Manager, follow these steps:

1. Select the target Space (it does not have to be loaded).
2. Go to the Access & Sharing section in the Space Inspector.
3. Click Share.
4. Choose Manage Existing Links.

Access and Permissions

Only Owners and Admins of a space can view and manage public sharing links. Users without these permissions, as well as Guest Viewers, cannot access the Link Manager.
